Local Normal Mail

  • Charges:

Below 500g        : SGD$1.50
501g to 1kg         : SGD$2.55
1kg to Max 2kg  : SGD$3.35

  • For packages above 2kg, please choose door to door delivery option.
  • Lead time of delivery is 3-5 working days.
  • We will post out your item within 1-2 days upon confirmation of payment; SingPost takes 2-3 working days to deliver to your designated address.
  • Transit time is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays.
  • The postage fee will be stated in the order CONFIRMATION email.

 

Local Registered Mail (Recommended)

  • Charges:   Local Normal Mail (according to the weight of parcel ) + SGD$2.24
  • For packages above 2kg, please choose door to door delivery option.
  • Lead time of delivery is 3-5 working days.
  • We will post out your item within 1-2 days upon confirmation of payment; SingPost takes 2-3 working days to deliver to your designated address.
  • Transit time is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays.
  • The postage fee will be stated in the order CONFIRMATION.

Door-to-Door Delivery

  • Charge: SGD$8.00/location
  • Delivery on every Sunday only
  • Delivery will only be made after receiving  payment.
  • Delivery time is at the convenience of Smoocholito and a notification SMS will be sent prior to delivery. 
  • Please ensure that there is someone available for collection. NO refund of delivery charges for any unsuccessful delivery and same charges will apply for second delivery.
  • Delivery fee will be included in the order CONFIRMATION email.
